Anxiety can manifest in various ways, resulting in different emotional, physical, and behavioural responses. This may include feeling nerves, fears, panic, helplessness, dread, restlessness, tension, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, avoidance behaviours, and irritability.
Anxiety naturally accompanies any planning endeavour, regardless of its scale or significance and it is how we handle it that can exacerbate our symptoms.
It may arise from the accumulation of emotional responses tied to events in our lives.
Anxiety is often about projecting the future or catastrophising, thinking the worst possible outcome.
It grows when we over think, and don’t have the confidence to believe in our own ability to handle it and succeed.
Anxiety symptoms may vary from person to person, although the causes of the triggers are similar; over active mind, past experiences, thinking we know exactly what the future holds, learned behaviours/thoughts and physical symptoms.
It is a pattern that begins with the very first time that you felt anxious. Each time those feelings stir again they get layered on top of each other, again and again, creating this stack of unwanted uneasy feelings preventing you from living a happy and relaxed life.

Breaking that continuous loop of thoughts and releasing, removing or desensitising the feelings enables you to move forward in a positive way.
